  • Inspired by many years of experience as a lawyer, Amy realised how miscommunications affected relationships in families and workplaces and thus the mental health of our people. She set out on a mission to learn how to teach effective communication to ensure our people thrived. Today, she has assisted thousands of people to overcome their mental blocks, saved relationships, built better work places and ultimately made people happier and healthier

  • A born adventurer from humble beginnings to a world traveller, international outdoor guide & pioneering adaptive adventure consultant. After a life changing canyoning accident in 2010, there was no holding back. Two years of rehabilitation after coming within an inch of death Jezza now, as a tetraplegic, has never let his disability take control. He has gone from an able-bodied expert in adventure tourism to a world expert in inclusive tourism and travel, revolutionising adaptive adventure.

  • Dave Wild is a Creative Futurist living on the edge of the world with significant experience working as a strategist and innovator for design, marketing and innovation consultancies. He has led workshops around the world in the US, New Zealand and Australia.

  • An entrepreneurial, creative thinker and global thought leader. He has pioneered new ways of working in NZ for over 20 years. An inspirational leader and mentor to many. A seasoned manager and executive.

    Edwin is the co-founder of Radically, a management consultancy specialising in helping NZ businesses better respond to a rapidly changing world.

    Edwin has spent his career consulting to many of NZ leading firms, helping them become more customer-centric, adaptive and agile.

  • Peter Baines, developed his unique leadership style by leading teams into Indonesia and Thailand following acts of terrorism and the 2004 South East Asian Tsunami. After meeting the children orphaned by the Tsunami, Peter founded the Australian charity, Hands Across the Water. Awarded in 2014 with the Order of Australia Medal for his International Humanitarian work. Received the Most Admirable Order of Direkgunabhorn in 2016.

  • Dr. Peter Crow, a company director, strategic advisor, educator and writer, has an extensive international record helping boards and organisations thrive. A dynamic thinker, his contributions have provided invaluable to the fortunes of a wide range of enterprises, in five continents. He also delivers director development courses, masterclasses, and graduate programmes; to build capability and equip the next generation of directors.
